Breast Cancer Case Study (6411)
During
this session the speaker will present a number of breast cancer cases.
They will work through epidemiology, disease presentation, the rationale
for choosing treatment pathways, symptom management and management of
specific side effects of breast cancer treatment. Participants will be
expected to interact and discuss the decision-making process including
dose modifications, supportive care requirements and patient education.
At the end of this session participants should have an understanding of the presentation and diagnosis of breast cancer. The participants will be able to discuss and understand treatment options available to patients with breast cancer.
